Our neighborhood is authentic and ever-changing—a mix of lovingly restored homes, new builds, and a few fixer-uppers that tell their own story. If you’re seeking charm, walkability, and a lived-in city vibe (rather than polished suburbia), you’ll feel right at home here. The Riverwalk, Alamo, Pearl Brewery, and Hay Street Bridge are all nearby, and rideshare access is fast, easy, and inexpensive.

Well-behaved dogs welcome with pre-approval. We offer a dog towel, bowls, waste bags, and fenced patio for easy stays. There is also a lovely dog park ony 2 blocks away (Pet fee applies)

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home and will be using a smart lock to enter the home. There is one locked closet that we use for housekeeping.

Other things to note

We are a dog-friendly home - please let us know in advance if you'd like to bring your furry friends. We do have a nomial fee for this amenity, but it all goes to our cleaners for their extra efforts upon your departure.
